Decades in Prison for Shooting and Killing Girlfriend

SUGARLOAF TOWNSHIP — A man who shot and killed his girlfriend in Columbia County was sentenced Thursday to 20 to 40 years in prison.

Abraham Kline committed the crime in 2012 in the Benton area.

Authorities said after Kline shot his girlfriend, he tried committing suicide, but he survived the gunshot wound.
