STATE COLLEGE -- One of Jerry Sandusky's victims is moving forward with a lawsuit against Penn State.
The man known as victim nine said he was not able to reach a settlement with the school.
Since Sandusky's trial last year, 26 men have settled claims with Penn State receiving nearly $60 million.
The former Penn State coach is serving a 30 to 60 year sentence for child sex abuse, some of which took place at Penn State campus grounds.
