Its official! Williamsport's star basketball player, Isaiah Washington, has signed to play basketball with Penn State, next year. Washington was officially congratulated by PSU Head Coach Patrick Chambers yesterday, and celebrated his decision with friends, family, and coaches. The 6-4 senior, is a versatile player on the court, who often plays multiple positions for the Millionaires. Washington also knows how to please the crowd, with this unbelievable alley-oop dunk!
