Mountain View faced New Hope-Solebury at Northern Lehigh, the same team they faced last year at this stage of playoffs, trying to get back to the state championship game at Hershey.

It was a balmy 25 degrees at kickoff, but it didn't slow down either team.  Senior standout for Mountain View, Colby Thomas, had a few great opportunities to score, but New Hope's defense kept the ball out of the net.

Goalkeeper Bobby Pfahl made some great saves during the long game through regulation and 2 overtime periods, so they went to penalty kicks.

Pfahl was a beast in the net stopping 2 of 4 then Noah Pepper stepped up and sealed the Eagles fate with the goal.

Mountain View wins PK's 4-2 and back to Hershey for a rematch against Sewickley Academy.
