WILKES-BARRE — Investigators in Wilkes-Barre served a search warrant Friday on a home where a baby boy died.
According to the district attorney, authorities interviewed a woman who lived in the house along North Washington Street a few weeks ago.
She told police she saw William Johnson who lives there waving a gun around.
Johnson was convicted of burglary and dealing drugs in New York and is not supposed to have a gun.
The D.A. says the search warrant was filed to determine if Johnson had a gun illegally.
So far, no arrests have been made for the homicide of the infant in Wilkes-Barre.
