WILKES-BARRE -- You can now sample French cuisine in Wilkes-Barre.
The owner of Southside Bistro gave Newswatch 16 a look inside as the doors opened for the first time to customers on South Main Street Monday.
Gwen Le Pape is the restaurant's chef. She made an appearance on Food Network's show "Chopped".
