Copper Theft Under Investigation

TREMONT TOWNSHIP — About 100 pounds of copper wire was swiped from a business in Schuylkill County, according to state police.

Troopers say someone broke into a garage on Mollystown Road near Pine Grove sometime between Friday and Monday and stole the copper off two trucks owned by Pike Electric.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police at Schuylkill Haven at 570-739-1330.
