WILKES-BARRE — Three people in Luzerne County once again face charges of insurance fraud.

Police said Frank Capozzi, 55, Krisandra Strausser, 46, and Robert Monaco, 50, all from Wilkes-Barre, used a fake business to get disability and unemployment benefits back in April.

A district judge dismissed the charges in August citing there was not enough evidence to send the case to trial.

The state attorney general’s office refiled the charges Friday, adding more evidence.

Authorities said one of the addresses given for the fake business was a condemned building in Nanticoke.

All three suspects are out on bail in Luzerne County.
