WILKES-BARRE -- United States Marshals arrested a man who is a person of interest in a homicide case.
Authorities said Jordan Stevens was picked up on Wednesday in Wilkes-Barre on a parole violation.
He was paroled after being locked up on a robbery conviction.
Authorities call Stevens a person of interest in a shooting on September 13 on South Welles Street in the city.
One person died in the hospital after being shot in the head. Another person survived the attack.
Again as of now Stevens is only locked up for a parole violation.
