WAYMART — Humane officers filed animal cruelty charges against the owner of dogs rescued from a home in Wayne County.
A dog warden is also citing Keith Stoddard of Waymart for other violations including not having proper vaccinations or licenses for the animals.
More than 50 dogs were pulled from his home in Waymart Friday night.
The ones that survived are recovering at animal shelters.
