TUNKHANNOCK TOWNSHIP — A man is locked up in Monroe County on child pornography charges.
Police arrested Luis Ocasio, 22, of Tunkhannock Township, at his home near Long Pond Tuesday.
Investigators say the man was downloading and sharing child porn with others over the internet.
Ocasio was locked up in the Monroe County Correctional Facility with bail set at $75,000.
