WOODWARD TOWNSHIP --- State police in Clinton County filed child sex charges against a man accused of raping a four-year-old boy.
Joseph Rankinen, 18, of Jersey Shore is suspected of sexually assaulting the boy over a four month period last December.
Rankinen is locked up in the Clinton County prison on $75,000 bail.
