Part of the Poconos is gearing this week up for yet another big summer event, a first in 24 years!

Indycar racing returns to the Pocono raceway this weekend.  24 drivers from around the globe are expected to be taking a spin around the tricky triangle on Sunday! They'll be cruising at speeds of 215 miles an hour.

The last time Indycar was at the track in long pond was 1989 and because of its big return race officials wanted to add another element! The racetrack plans to donate a portion of ticket sales to an area charity.

“To make this weekend really special for the community we put together a promo code to support Ryan's Run 4 and children and adults with disabilities at Allied Services,” said Ricky Durst of Pocono Raceway.

"Ryan’s Run 4" involves Ryan Leckey and a team running to support allied.  We have a link to tickets to Indy and that promo code for charity. Prices start at $12.50 for kids, $25.00 for adults.
