A jury came back with a guilty verdict for a man accused of killing another person by tying him to a tree.
It took the jury several hours on Thursday to find Keith Reber, 49, of Schuylkill Haven guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Authorities say Bryan Smith, 26, died after Reber tied him to a tree last year and left him there for hours at Reber`s property near Schuylkill Haven.n
The prosecution says Reber was also convicted of kidnapping, criminal conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with evidence.
Reber is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
