Borough Meeting On Flood Recovery

WEST PITTSTON -- People who live in West Pittston gathered at Wyoming Area High School Wednesday night to learn about changes in their flood insurance since Tropical Storm Lee in 2011.

The borough, along with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the nonprofit group, West Pittston Tomorrow, held the meeting.

Flood experts also discussed proactive measures that residents can take to minimize flood risk.
