SCRANTON -- Four months after a corrections officer in Wayne County was killed, a federal grand jury indicted the inmate investigators say committed the crime.

Jessie Con-Ui is charged with first degree murder.

Federal investigators say the suspect used a sharp weapon and stabbed Eric Williams repeatedly on eric williamsFebruary 25.

Williams worked as a corrections officer at the federal prison near Waymart.
