OLD FORGE -- Newswatch 16 has learned David Dando, a man hit by a pickup truck last week in Lackawanna County, has died.
Police believe Brandon Toth from the Clarks Summit area ran over Dando.
According to investigators, Toth was dropping off Dando's wife near their home in Old Forge when the victim tried to attack him and the woman.
Toth told police Dando wouldn't let go of his pickup truck so he repeatedly hit Dando with the truck and drove off.
Authorities in Lackawanna County have filed assault and other charges against Toth.
