SCRANTON -- The city of Scranton is trying to save people money the next time they need a place to park.
Five parking garages have special lower summer rates, in an effort to lure more people into the garages instead of parking on the street.
The garages are the Medallion, the Casey, the Spa, the Electric City Garage and the Connell.
