NANTICOKE — Residents have moved back into a personal care home in Luzerne County.
Fans and dehumidifiers were running inside Nanticoke Villa along North Walnut Street.
The fire department says a resident accidentally broke a water valve on the third floor, flooding the building Sunday.
The building lost electricity and its fire alarm system.
More than 50 residents spent the night inside the cafeteria at Greater Nanticoke Area High School.
