STROUDSBURG -- A man from Monroe County will immediately begin serving his parole for making a pipe bomb and storing it at his home near Tobyhanna.
A judge in Monroe County sentenced James Arnold Thursday morning.
Neighbors were forced to leave their homes near Tobyhanna when Arnold's father found the homemade weapon in his son's room in October.
Arnold pleaded guilty earlier this year to weapons charges.
