WILKES-BARRE -- There is another delay for Hugo Selenski's double murder trial.

One of Luzerne County's most infamous criminals was back at the courthouse in Wilkes-Barre Thursday morning for another pretrial hearing.

Selenski was scheduled to stand trial on June 24th for the murders of Tammy Fassett and Michael Kerkowski.

Investigators say their bodies were found buried in Selenski's backyard in 2003.

Last year, Selenski was in state prison for a violent home invasion and robbery in Monroe County. In September 2012, he was set to stand trial for the 2002 murders of Tammy Fasset and her boyfriend Michael Kerkowski in the Back Mountain of Luzerne County.

For that trial, he was moved to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, but the trial was postponed

Now Thursday morning, a judge decided to postpone Selenksi's trial to August 5th because of what the judge called "Fairness to all parties. "

Selenski is in the middle of serving a 32 to 64 year sentence for that home invasion and robbery in the Poconos.
