WILLIAMSPORT--Some new ads on a billboard in Billtown aren't selling anything, they're celebrating graduating high school seniors.

In the few weeks before graduation, a few good seniors from Williamsport Area High School are front and center as you drive into the city.

The students are featured in rotating ads that thank their teachers and proudly announcing where they're going after high school.

Williamsport Area High School Senior Sarah Abercrombie said, "It's pretty cool and neat to know that a lot of people in town now know where I'm going. "

Abercrombie will head west in the fall and major in wildlife biology at Purdue University. She designed her own billboard that will go into rotation this week and is happy to honor her late freshman biology teacher.

According to workers at Lamar Advertising, about 23,000 people will see this digital billboard in Williamsport every day.

Graduation at Williamsport Area High School is Thursday.
