Blogger Christina Hitchcock of It's A Keeper prepares a Strawberry Salad with Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing.

Strawberry Salad with Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
3 hearts of Romaine lettuce
1/2 of a small red onion, thinly sliced
10-15 strawberries, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.  Toss with sliced onion and strawberries.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.  Whisk until smooth.  Dressing can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed. I prefer to serve the salad dressing on the side and add it to each serving of salad individually.
