Pomegranate Slush
1 cup vodka
3 1/2 cups cranberry pomegranate juice
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Pour ingredients into 13x9x2-inch nonstick metal baking pan. Freeze for several hours. Mixture will not freeze completely. Using fork, scrape slush into flaky crystals. Cover tightly and freeze. This can be made 1 day ahead. Keep frozen.
Creamsicle Slush
1 cup Whipped Cream vodka
3 1/2 cups orange juice
