WILKES-BARRE — Double murder suspect Hugo Selenski was back in court Thursday in Luzerne County.
His attorneys believe prosecutors in Luzerne County should be held in contempt of court. They say prosecutors improperly used subpoena power to get Selenski’s medical records, which are supposed to be kept private.
The judge ruled today that Selenski should be moved back to the Luzerne County Prison from Schuylkill County.
Selenski is scheduled to go to trial next month on charges he killed two people in 2002 and buried their bodies in his backyard.
