STROUDSBURG -- A Pocono Mountain West High School teacher facing child sex charges was back in court Monday.
Christopher Martinelli is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy at his home near Tobyhanna in 2011.
His lawyer questioned some testimony the alleged victim gave at Martinelli's preliminary hearing. Because of that, a judge agreed to move the trial date from June until September in Monroe County.
