Police: Fight Led to Shooting

SCRANTON -- A Lackawanna College student is dead after a weekend shooting in Scranton.

Police said the shooting happened early Sunday morning near the intersection of Vine Street and Madison Avenue in the city.

According to the coroner, 22-year-old Rahsan Crowder of Harrisburg died from gunshot wounds to the legs and chest.

Police said Crowder was killed after he and a friend got into a fight with another group of men.

A memorial for Crowder is planned for tonight at 9:30 at Lackawanna College in Scranton.

No arrests have been made after the shooting in Lackawanna County.
