NANTICOKE — Several charges connected to an alleged assault in Luzerne County have been dismissed.
Paul Halliday was in court Wednesday.
He had been accused of assaulting his girlfriend last month inside his former bar, the Prospect Street Cafe in Nanticoke, but a district magistrate dismissed charges related to that case.
Halliday is still facing trial for a police chase last month in Luzerne County.
