WILKES-BARRE — Police in Luzerne County confirmed the name of a woman who was killed in a crash over the weekend.
According to the coroner, Kathy Wanyo, 49, of Wilkes-Barre died Saturday from injuries she sustained after crashing her vehicle into a building on North Pennsylvania Avenue and Beaumont Street.
The crash is still under investigation in Wilkes-Barre.
