HANOVER TOWNSHIP -- Police were back on the scene of a deadly crash Tuesday in Luzerne County.
Part of the Sans Souci Parkway in Hanover Township from Willow Street to Main Road was closed while troopers reconstructed the deadly crash.
Daniel Markowski, 68, from Nanticoke was killed earlier this month after his car was hit from behind.
Police think the man who hit the victim - John Ward, 21 - might have been speeding and under the influence.
Police say they are waiting for results of blood alcohol tests before considering charges.
