ARCHBALD — A 14-year-old student faces charges for allegedly making a bomb threat at Valley View Middle School.
Police say the teenager wrote the threat on a school desk earlier this month and a teacher discovered it.
There was no evacuation that day but the school in Lackawanna County has had several disruptions in recent weeks because of other bomb scares.
