HONESDALE — A supervisor of a waste removal business in Wayne County faces charges for illegal dumping.
Jody Rickert, 30, from Honesdale is accused of illegally burning and burying waste.
The state’s attorney general office says Rickert was the supervisor at Bunnell Waste Removal in Honesdale.
In December of 2012, the owner of the business, Joseph Bunnell of Honesdale, was accused of taking thousands of dollars from customers, claiming he’d take their trash to landfills, but investigators say instead, he buried it.
