MOUNT POCONO — The former operator of a charter school in Monroe County is facing federal tax fraud charges.
Dennis Bloom, 58, of Mount Pocono was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday.
Investigators say Bloom failed to include a large amount of income in his 2006 federal income tax return.
Bloom is the former C.E.O. of Pocono Mountain Charter School and the pastor of Shawnee Tabernacle Church in Mount Pocono.
