PORT TREVORTON -- Several fire departments were call out to fight a fire at a business in Snyder county Friday.

The fire sparked at Keller Marine in Port Trevorton around 8:30 a.m.

Heavy black smoke could be seen pouring from the place.

Crews were still battling heavy smoke and flames hours after the fire started.

Employees tell us contractors were working on the roof of the building when it caught on fire.

Everyone made it out safely. There are no reported injuries.

Keller Marine is a family-owned business on Route 15 that sells R.V. and boat parts.

The owner tells Newswatch 16 there are around 75 employees.

Firefighters said there were water supply problems because there are no fire hydrants in this area. Parts of Routes 11 and 15 had to be shut down so crews can get water from the Susquehanna River.

Fire crews from at least five counties responded to the fire.
