OLYPHANT -- A man faces charges after police say he admitted to raping a 15-year-old girl in Lackawanna County.
Police in Olyphant arrested Michael Theriault, 28, Thursday.
Officers say they heard the man admit to the rape during a telephone conversation with the mother of the alleged victim.
