WILLIAMSPORT — A shooting is under investigation in Lycoming County.
A picture from the Sun-Gazette newspaper shows where police say a 39-year-old man was shot after 5 p.m. Tuesday in Stinson Alley just behind Seventh Avenue in Williamsport.
Authorities say they expect the victim to survive.
Police in Williamsport do not think the shooting was a random act.
