EAST STROUDSBURG — An East Stroudsburg University student was busted for drugs Tuesday at his home, just a short distance from East Stroudsburg South High School.
Police said around 6 a.m. Tuesday they caught Thoai Luong of Easton throwing out bags of marijuana from the bedroom window of his home on Grove Street.
Investigators said they found drugs, cash, and drug paraphernalia.
Luong faces a list of charges.
