SCRANTON — A bank from Berks County was the top bidder when a Lackawanna County ski resort went to auction, according to a trustee.
An affiliate of National Penn Bank bid $4.6 million for the resort.
Two other groups placed bids, including a group from Camelback resort in Monroe County.
The sale is set to be finalized on March 6.
Snö Mountain filed for bankruptcy last year.
