W. Curtis Montz, Kirby Center Supporter, Dies

WILKES-BARRE — A man who helped bring the arts to downtown Wilkes-Barre has died.

W. Curtis Montz of Kingston passed away Sunday.

Montz served as interim executive director of the F.M. Kirby Center for nearly a year in the late 1980s and continued to fill other duties there until 2010.

W. Curtis Montz was 101 years old.
