LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- Valentine's day is just days away and restaurants around the area are almost all booked up.

With Valentine's day coming up this week restaurants around the area are rushing to make sure everyone's dinner is special.

From napkins to flower center pieces and champagne glasses, Posh at the Scranton Club in Lackawanna County is prepping for a very busy but romantic evening.

"Well were just getting ready for Valentine's day now, we're fully booked for our evening seating, but we do still have seats available for our 5 to 6 p.m. seating, and then we also have Valentine's lunch that day," said co-owner Josh Mast.

Over at Sibio's in Dunmore, they are expecting at least 200 people.

"It's like a last-minute thing like every guy in town is looking for a reservation right now. I mean the phone has been ringing off the hook. Which has been typical of a day like this," said co-owner Bob Sibio.

At Patsels near Clarks Summit they're gearing up for a busy and memorable evening.

"Well Valentine's Day is very special for everybody. We have gifts for the men as well as the women because everybody's a valentine. We have created a special menu for lovers and that will run Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So if people can't get out on Valentine's day they have two other days to enjoy it," said owner Pat Atkins.

One thing all the owners of the restaurants agreed with was the cooperation of the weather. It's supposed to be in the 40s and mostly clear.
