Pacers Clubhouse Red Garlic Sauce – can be used for chicken wings or whatever your heart desires.

Butter, Chopped Garlic, Light Brown Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Thyme – fresh preferably but dried will work, Hot Sauce – this can be your personal preference but we use Franks, Honey, Molasses, Ketchup

Method of Preparation:

1. In a small sauce pan add your butter and garlic and simmer on a medium heat. You do not want the garlic to brown. You are looking for a very light golden color.

2.Add remainder of ingredients and blend well.

3. Continue to simmer on a medium heat for an additional 5-7 minutes being sure to periodically stir so it does not burn.

2. Bake nuts for 15 minutes, and then remove from oven. Using a metal spatula, toss, stir, and separate nuts. Reduce oven to 250 degrees and return nuts to bake until medium brown, about 10 minutes.
