ZERBE TOWNSHIP -- Months after a deadly crash in Northumberland County, police charged the driver with homicide.
Troopers believe Kyle Koontz was impaired when he flipped a car on Gap Road near Trevorton in June, 2012.
Koontz was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence Thursday.
David Dorsett, 19, from Coal Township died in the crash.
