Snow Piling Up

Snow has been falling since late Tuesday night and has not let up, making driving treacherous.

Roads were covered along Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre earlier Wednesday and drivers were taking it slow.

The snow is expected to continue throughout your morning commute. We are hearing numerous accidents and stuck trucks across the area.

Road crews have been working all morning to keep the roads clear in Luzerne County. We found plows at work on Route 309 in Mountain Top.

Some crews are dealing with a double whammy of sleet and snow.salt

There was a long line of PennDOT trucks waiting to fill up at the salt shed on Route 315 in Pittston Township.
