Black & Blu Ball
The Black & Blue Ball in Watsontown, Northumberland County, benefits the Children’s Miracle Network. Come dressed in black attire or wear casual blue jeans. It’s Saturday, January 12 from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. at the Watson Inn Moon Room on Main Street. The event features door prizes, a basket raffle, & a 50/50 drawing. A menu and cash bar are available. Tickets can be purchased at the door. You must be 21 years to attend.
Ski for Colin
Ski for Colin is held at Elk Mountain Ski Resort. Skiers & non-skiers alike are welcome to join the fun with proceeds to benefit Save A Life Lackawanna County for suicide prevention. It’s Sunday, January 12 with 1/2 day ski sessions from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. There will be a mini ski race along with live entertainment by Ashley’s Attik from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
