SCRANTON -- Authorities say an underground fire caused some damage to a nearby business.

Firecrews were called to vine street around 9 o'clock this morning after witnesses reported hearing two small explosions.

Authorites think a poblem with an elecrical line sparked the fire.

You could see smoke billowing from a manhole.

An employee of Penn Paper and Supply in Scranton says he heard the explosion and told everyone to get out of the building.

"It was loud. You could feel the building shake. It knocked out and cracked some of our windows."

In addition to the cracked windows at Penn Paper and Supply . Authorities also say the explosion broke the windshield of a car parked along the street in Scranton.
