WILKES-BARRE -- A man was arrested Sunday night in Luzerne County on assault and drug charges.
Police said Donnell Lee from the Wilkes-Barre area was picked up at his home. Neighbors called police after hearing yelling between the Lee and a female. Authorites found drugs in the man's home.
The next day the woman told police Lee kidnapped and assaulted her.
He was arrested Sunday night on the kidnapping charges.
