Missing Woman Died from Hypothermia

SCRANTON– The Lackawanna County coroner said an autopsy done today revealed a missing Scranton woman died from hypothermia.

Sharon Price, 62, was legally blind and had other medical issues. She had been missing since October 27 after leaving a hair salon on Luzerne Street.

Investigators said workers found her body Friday afternoon down a ravine about eight blocks from where she was last seen.

Police continue to investigate.
