POCONO TOWNSHIP -- Two dogs were killed in an Saturday morning fire in Monroe County.
Flames broke out at a home in Pocono Township just before 12:30 a.m. Firefighters said the occupants were not home at the time the fire started.
Fire crews said two dogs were trapped inside and died.
Authorities are investigating the cause.
