TOBYHANNA — A third person has been charged in connection with a pipe bomb incident in Monroe County.

Police said John Donahue, 19, of Tobyhanna was arrested on Wednesday.

On Monday, the bomb squad was called to a home in A Pocono Country Place in Tobyhanna after a man found a homemade pipe bomb in his son’s bedroom.

That son, James Arnold, 20, was charged Monday with making the explosive.

Jeremy Sohle, 19, of Tobyhanna was charged on Tuesday.

Arnold told investigators they made the pipe bomb and planned to use it on someone they were having problems with.
