WILKES-BARRE — Authorities in Luzerne County have filed a weapons charge against a young man shot in Wilkes-Barre in September.
Prosecutors said the gun Christian Sholly, 20, was shot with was stolen.
Sholly recovered from his wound.
In early October, a judge ruled Sholly’s half-brother, Tony Ransome, 16, was responsible for the shooting along Hutson Street.
